Day Out Trip : Blue Mountain

To confirm your seat:
1. The form below must be fully and accurately completed.
2. Visit the Student Activity Centre between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM between November 11-November 23, to make your payment.
Note:
The cost of the trip for students will be $14.76 payable by card – Credit or Debit ONLY (Nonrefundable). The last date to make payments is November 23, 2024, by 5:00pm
All confirmed students will be added to a WhatsApp group for further instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own lunch and any activities you wish to participate in at Blue Mountain.
In order to reserve your seat, we must receive a correctly filled out form and your payment on or before Saturday, November 23rd by 5:00 PM.
